Two Piece Shell Design

ODS™ FIVE TECHNICAL FEATURES

MULTI-IMPACT OUTER EPP LINER

The Multi-Impact Inner EPP Liner features a softer, lower-density construction with integrated "damping towers" to progressively absorb and manage forces across a broad range of impact velocities, providing enhanced protection for riders.

OUTER EPS LINER

The outer EPS liner is a crucial component of the ODS™ design, helping to mitigate energy in the most severe impacts with its durable foam construction.

Air-Gap™ ventilation system with Ram Air Direct-to-Brow Cooling

The airflow system features direct channels that efficiently direct cool air to the brow area and throughout the helmet, ensuring optimal ventilation and temperature regulation during use.

Two-Piece Polycarbonate and 3K Carbon Shell

The first-of-its-kind carbon fiber and polycarbonate two-piece shell features a carbon fiber chinbar. This innovative combination of materials enhances impact resistance and structural integrity, making the chinbar more resilient to damage during high-impact situations while maintaining a lightweight construction.

ODS™ Damping tower slip discs

ODS™ Damping Tower Slip Discs are low-friction discs that allow the system to smoothly slip, increasing angular acceleration performance. This design enhances the helmet's ability to manage rotational impacts, improving protection by efficiently absorbing and mitigating angular forces.

EPP CHINBAR

The EPP lined chinbar is thicker and has a lower density, offering increased durability and enhanced energy absorption for side impacts to the jaw area. It is equipped with a polyurethane over-molded sternum pad.

Carbon Fiber Internal Roll Cage

The carbon fiber roll cage is molded into the EPS liner, providing enhanced structural integrity throughout the entire helmet without compromising weight. This innovative design strengthens the helmet’s overall durability and impact resistance, ensuring superior protection while keeping the helmet lightweight and comfortable for the rider.
